Yup
so this week I had a ton of awesome things happen. I don't
have time to type them all but just know they happened like a guy tried selling
us weed. I gave my first priesthood blessing in Spanish. I got to talk with president twice.
Did a quick appointment with a dentist while she worked on a patient.
you know just awesome things happened.
Also just a side note
the whole city dressed up as skeletons for my birthday and scary people.
It was great. Everyone here is just awesome that's all I got to say. Mexico may
traffic a lot of drugs but they are so nice to you in the streets. Except for
one dude who saw us and started yelling random stuff at us, super angrily. That guy has to be America.
Our investigators are
progressing very nicely. We found like 3 new ones this week too. maria de la
paz committed to baptism. She was so reluctant at first until we explained
she could live with her husband again. Also My fav investigator had a really
cool experience with prayer where he felt hands in his chest and his back
giving him peace and comfort. We also taught a catholio pastor and we testified
a bunch about the Book of Mormon. He said he wants to find the truth and he
said he's doubting his current faith because of this book. I can't wait till
he gets to 1nefi 14. we got a second visit planned. lots of teaching this week
it's been great
good scripture is 2
nefi 29 - it talks about why we need both the Book of Mormon and the biblia. I've
only used it once here cause I'm too scared to totally destroy all these Catholics.
I used it on members to remind them
why the Book of Mormon is so important to read.
